The village of Grambois


The small village of Grambois is home to 1,300 inhabitants and is one of those typical hilltop villages in the Luberon. By visiting this village located at 370m above sea level, a delightful trip to Provence awaits you. Discover the cobbled, narrow and flowery streets, which will make you discover the old houses, the filming locations of the film "To the glory of my father" by Yves Robert, the ramparts, the passage of the Templars and a magnificent residence lordly.

The Luberon territory


The Luberon Regional Natural Park is a rich and protected territory. There is no shortage of activities that respect the environment and are full of tradition. Visit the Sénanque Abbey, the Mourre Nègre (highest point in the Luberon), or go hiking, cycling or walking, suitable for all levels.

Take the opportunity to set off on the “film route”, by visiting the villages of Grambois, Mirabeau, Ansouis, Vaugines and Cucuron. Cult films have been filmed there such as "Manon des Sources", "Jean de Florette", "À la Gloire de mon père" and "Le Hussard sur le toit".

The Bonde pond


Located in the small town of Motte-d'Aigues, the Etang de la Bonde is less than 10 km from the Auberge des Tilleuls de Grambois. Take a moment to relax when swimming in the Bonde pond (supervised swimming in summer), on the banks or during a picnic. Snacks and refreshments are nearby to enhance your moment of relaxation with a cold drink. Many nautical activities, for young and old, are available such as canoeing, windsurfing or fishing. & Nbsp;

The mirabeau Bridge


The charming town of Mirabeau is a 15-minute drive from the Auberge des Tilleuls de Grambois. You will be able to appreciate the beauty of this village and recognize the locations of the films "Manon des Sources" and "Jean de Florette".

In addition, you can discover the Mirabeau Bridge, built in 1835 and classified as a "Historic Monument". Numerous floods and wars got the better of this construction. A true architectural masterpiece, it was rebuilt in 1988 to be the modern bridge we know today.

Colorado Provençal


Located less than 45 km away, in the town of Rustrel, you will discover Colorado Provençal. You will have the chance to observe the natural reliefs worked by erosion, in ocher colors. On the 30 hectares of Colorado, discover a diverse and preserved flora and fauna. This area is ideal for a picnic, a walk alone or guided, with family, friends, in pairs or alone.

Valensol Plateau


The Plateau de Valensole is located in the Alpes-de-Haute-Provence, just 45 minutes from our hostel.
World famous for these lavender fields that stretch as far as the eye can see, it's a magical place, a must see.
